Jewel Club is a member only Internet site. We offer diamond, pearl and gemstone jewelry at incredible prices. Jewel Club is affiliated with a multi-national jewelry manufacturer that has been in business for over 20 years. Through this unique relationship we are able to bring to you first quality merchandise at discount prices.
Standard shipping to anywhere in the Continental United States is included in the price of our jewelry. Employee purchases will receive an additional discount when delivered on site. Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations if your shipping address is in New York State. Appropriate tax charges will appear at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy.
At this time we only ship within the United States.

Jewelclub accepts most major credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.)
Jewelclub does not alter its jewelry. All rings are provided in stock sizes (usually 7). Items for sale are as indicated on our website.

In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we ship all orders within a very small window of time after an order is placed. If you have already placed an order and wish to change it, please contact us as soon as possible.
The length of time it takes to receive your order depends on the method of shipment and where the shipment is going. We ship most orders within 3-5 business days. A typical order shipped to an address in the Continental U.S. will take from 5 to 8 business days to reach its destination.
Jewelclub offers a 30-day risk free return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item, in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund. Read the details of our Returns Policy.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please follow the Returns Policy and we will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement (if it is available), or a credit (if necessary).
